A crunchy, Asian-style wrap, packed full of protein!

- 1 lb. Sandridge Traditional Chicken Salad
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1/2 T. rice vinegar
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 1/2 C. shredded carrots
- 1 finely sliced green onion
- 1/2 C. peanuts, chopped
- 2 T. cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Whole grain wrap
- 1/4 C. shredded radicchio
In a medium bowl, combine chicken salad with soy sauce, rice vinegar, Dijon and sesame oil. Mix.
Add carrots, green onions, peanuts, cilantro to the chicken salad mixture.
Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto a whole grain wrap and top with shredded radicchio, fold and serve cold.
